Amy Holberton serves as Chairperson of the Top End Mental Health Consumer Organisation (TEMHCO), bringing a values-driven leadership approach focused on advocacy, inclusion, and community empowerment.

As Chief Operating Officer of The Train to Gain Group, encompassing CTA Create Train Achieve, Cove Training, and Food Safety Education, Amy leads people and partnerships across national training brands. With over a decade of experience in vocational education and commercial operations, she specializes in building cross-functional teams, cultivating strategic partnerships with employers and community organisations, and delivering nationally recognised training programs that transform lives.

Amy’s leadership philosophy centers on the belief that education and support create pathways to opportunity. She is passionate about helping individuals build skills, confidence, and meaningful futures while fostering team cultures where purpose and performance work hand in hand. Her commitment to accountability, inclusion, and collaboration aligns closely with TEMHCO’s values of cultural respect, acceptance, responsiveness, and empowerment.
