Ange’s Art Session
Ange is our talented Art Contractor, qualified in Art Therapy, known for her warm and inclusive approach to creative expression. She creates a safe, non-clinical, welcoming space where members of all skill levels can freely explore their creativity. Art Session is held every Monday from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM.
These group sessions offer a variety of artistic mediums to explore, ranging from painting and watercolours to mixed media collage and more. Each session encourages participants to express themselves in a relaxed, judgment-free environment—using art as a powerful tool for self-discovery, emotional well-being, and mindfulness.
Art Session is a fantastic way to unwind, reconnect with your inner artist, and find calm through creative practice. Participants are welcome to bring any materials they’d like to use or share, helping to foster a sense of community and connection within the group.
Open to all members with various artistic experiences and needs, come and enjoy the therapeutic benefits of making art together while building friendships and connections.
